I recently added a beautiful torch coral to our 29gal tank (from Love The Reef) and he seems to be fairly happy.
I have placed him on the sandbed in a medium-light area, but with a good amount of flow.
How can I tell if he's receiving too much flow? His tentacles do wave a good amount in the flow, but they are well extended (1-2") What I've read says that if the flow is too high, the tentacles will retract and he should look unhappy.
Here's a video of the amount of flow and the tentacles waving:

He looks happy, right?
