I am 1-2 weeks out from finishing a 60g cube and I stopped into UA for the first time to check them out. I came in with my family and looked around. The staff was really friendly and asked if I needed help with anything and then left me alone to browse. People were readily available to answer the few questions I had. So far so good, i'll be back.

Forgot to add the tanks were clean and the live stock looked happy and healthy.
