Upgrading our 10 gallons lighting

We are currently running a homemade led fixture for our 10 gallon using 18 gu-10 3 watt leds. http://www.bostonreefers.org/forums/showthread.php?100431-10-gallon-low-tech-softie-tank-build Its working out ok but I'm not happy with the color or growth, so with a decent tax return coming we were thinking about upgrading to a cree retrofit kit, but aren't sure of exactly what to get and were looking for some input. The tank is primarily softies with a few sps and lps

We had this kit in mind http://www.rapidled.com/servlet/the-59/12-Ultra-Premium-LED/Detail but besides the heat sink, what other things will we need for it? Thank you for any input.

jason you should only need a heatsink and some wire for that kit. the good thing about the meanwell drivers is you can plug them directly into a wall , i would tap and screw the LED stars to the heat sink. when your ready if you want i can help with the build. jay

Thank you Jay i may take you up on the help. I think we can wire it up alright, but could you help us with a canopy to house it? Im great a wiring but I have no carpentry skills at all, lol. Ill send you a pm

One other thing, what should we choose for optics? It says theres 40, 60, or 80 degree optics
