any alk swings at all will stress out the Acans....trust me I know....
and I agree....first off Acans in general do not respond well long term to LED's especially white LED's....and I agree that it is probably not enough light over them. We run the same Eheim, but use 2 of the Eheim Led's on our tank...one 50/50 and one all blue....it seems to work well
