My elos mini build

Hey everyone

I recently purchased a elos mini system from another member and I wanted to document my build. All suggestions/comments are welcome!

Equipment
Elos mini system with sump
Ecotech radion gen 2
Ecotech mp10
Trulumen pro 8k for the fuge
Hydor pico pump 180gph
Tunze skimmer
Innovative marine minimax reactor

The first thing I had done was get the sump drilled (kudos to aqua addicts for an amazing drill job). I haven't been able to find good pictures of the drilled service unit on the Internet so hopefully this will be helpful.

I'm using the Hydor pump that fits perfectly between the baffle and the main sump to circulate water through the fuge. The stock elos pump will pump water into the main tank.

I also tested the minimax reactor. It fits perfectly into the sump and doesn't need a high water level to operate. For anyone interested setting this up in their sump, just make sure you have about 6in of water and you should be all set.

I'll have a review of the lights later when the tank is filled up and the pump is synced

Nice! The mini's are really cool setups - wish my wife would let me get one of those but alas only one tank allowed.

So I finally put everything together and filled up the sump. warning to those looking at the innovative marine minimax reactor, remember that you pull the media canister from the top! If you have a short stand you won't have enough room (lime me). I have to lean it in order to renew the media

The fish I'm planning to add:

2 perc clowns
Green clown goby
Tanaka wrasse

Am I overstocking it?
